National Youth Leadership Training Weekend 1

National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) is a six-day course that teaches youth essential leadership skills through hands-on activities, discussions, and challenges. It helps participants build confidence and teamwork while applying leadership in scouting and beyond. Scouts BSA must be 13-17, First Class rank, and have completed Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops. Venturers and Sea Scouts must be 14-20 (or 13 and in eighth grade) with leadership training and camping experience.
